(Chippewa-Pembina)

Annie LaVerdure-Weller is a purpose-driven coach, consultant, instructor, and motivational speaker. She has over 20 years of experience working with amazingly creative, passionate, and emerging thought leaders who are looking to create exceptional lives, careers, businesses, and communities. Annie values and celebrates her clients and students' ancestry, accepts them unconditionally, and values what they bring to the table. Growing up poor as an Urban Indian not connected to her Native American community nor any career network, Annie had to build and create her own networks and community. She created her first company at the age of 23. She understands the intense struggle to find herself and the career that helped define who she was, both professionally and personally.

Based on her experiences and knowledge, Annie loves to create and teach workshops and seminars with our Government, University, Charter Schools, and Business partners and to our participants based on career development, productivity, and life balance. Annie always looks for new ways to spread her knowledge and how-tos to everyone. She also enjoys collaborating with other coaches, business leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Currently, she is the founder and President of the Leadership Lab. In 2018 Annie was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and also has a private practice working with individuals and couples to navigate relationship challenges due to trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. She also hosts a weekly podcast, Find Your Tribe. And is a proud member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians and holds an M.S. in Communications and currently completed her M.S.W.
