The Leadership Lab has built 5 Core Workshops to help you in your journey of becoming the best you. Our dynamic workshops are designed for individuals and groups that are focused on improvement, advancement, moving towards success, and reduction of stress. With our 5 Core Workshops, you begin with learning about core strengths and overcoming challenges. Once you master that, we work with you to determine which of our workshops would be best suited to your goals.

Workshop One

BUILDING YOUR CORE STRENGTH

If you were asked today to list off your top ten strengths, could you? 

In order to build a truly magnificent home, you have to have a rock solid foundation. At the Leadership Lab we are strong believers in creating a foundation of solid strengths. In this foundation workshop our goal is to work with individuals and groups to recognize strengths and assess challenges, all with the goal of improving productivity, work-life balance, and reduce stress. 

During this foundation workshop we will:

  • assess your strengths
  • understand the life wheel and why balance is so important
  • learn how to build trust within yourself and others
  • understand how you can grow into a better you
  • and set a great foundation for goal-setting

Workshop Two

GOAL SETTING FOR THE SERIOUS

Chances are you’ve set a goal or two in your lifetime.  For some people setting goals looks like to-do lists on napkins scattered around your house, goal after goal set but no real measurable success, year after year of New Year’s resolutions gone to the wayside. And still others are comfortable setting goals, but are focused on taking it to the next level to increase productivity and efficiency.  Our belief at the Leadership Lab is that setting realistic and attainable goals is within reach for everyone and we want to be there to help make that a reality. 

During this workshop we will:

  • identify the ‘why’ behind creating goals 
  • learn how to create SMARTER goals and other goal setting techniques
  • change our attitude on failing
  • find the motivation to complete goals
  • create long-term vision
  • make the very most of your life


Workshop Three

FRAMING LEADERSHIp

During our Framing Leadership workshop, we work with new and experienced leaders to improve skills, build strength, and learn strategies for managing dynamic teams. Our leadership workshop is for individuals that are focused and excited to become influential in their communities and workplaces. 

During this workshop we will:

  • build your leadership strength
  • renovate your leadership from the inside out
  • learn how to set a vision
  • managing direction for yourself and your team
  • learn how to become a coach for your team

Workshop Four

GREATER PRODUCTIVITY

Whether you’re focused on your business, family, academics, or getting your just getting your life in order, increasing productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency are the benchmarks of success. The Leadership Lab is a strong believer in taking the time to assess what you’re already doing right in order to take your skills to the next level. Our focus during this workshop is to work with you to make your days run smoother so that you can get the most out of your year.

Workshop Five

LIFE MANAGEMENT

Work-life balance is one of the most important, and most neglected, aspects of success. Not only does being happy and stress free at home means that when you get to work you can actually get to work, but it also means that you have the skillset to overcome obstacles. In this workshop we focus on specifically on stress management, creating balance at home, and learning the strategies you need to create your own brand of happiness. 

During this workshop we will:

  • learn how manage stress
  • create your own brand of happiness
  • assess your work-life balance for obstacles
  • learn how to use time management tools correctly
  • create your own personal strategic toolkit
